We Provide Outsourced Consulting, Accounting and Tax Services
We offer traditional services under AICPA Statements on Standards for Consulting Services (SSCS), Statements on Standards for Tax Services (SSTS), and Statements on Standards for Accounting and Review Services (SSARS).
We Provide Management Advisory Services
We step in to provide CFO/Controller services as needed. However, we do not sign contracts, hire or supervise staff, or otherwise take on managerial decision-making roles unless explicitly engaged to do so, in which case our services in that regard must be specifically indemnified under the client’s directors and officers insurance policy.
We Do Not Provide Attest Services
None of our services are independent attest services (audits, reviews or compilations), but in certain states and in accordance with specific engagement letters we issue compilations limited in distribution to informed members of management (SSARS 8 engagements).
